We had a $600 bill in the winter with only 2 people living in the house and again, $599 this winter with only 1 person in the house. They said it is because we are not getting the lower rate since we use space heaters. So you are saying during peak hours we should turn the heat down? Completely rude and unprofessional staff exactly what you'd expect from a company that has no competition! Charges outrageous rates and reconnect fees on top of the most outages of any company. Wouldn't recommend but don't really hav3 a choice if you move into there area they should definitely have another alternative to go to beside these highway robbers!!!
I highly recommend purchasing a standby generator
Fewer power outages than we used to have.
Paying a bill online is a headache most of the time. Getting into my account is a nightmare too. I never receive snail mail, I didn't set it up to be paperless.
