I understand calling on an overdue bill, but Mallory was so incredibly rude and short, I genuinely can’t believe it. Do better.
Constant outages. Any time we have high winds I am praying the power doesn’t go out. As a parent, these outages are very disruptive. It would be great if they could trench the power lines. We had DL electric at our former house and rarely ever had disruptions. Update 11/23/25: currently dealing with another midnight power outage. We’ve had issues for the last two months at our home in Fort Gibson with outages and lights that constantly flicker. I’ve called and reported but nothing has been done. My neighbor has also had the same issues. We pay for this electric service but yet we have subpar service. Not happy
