Constant outages. Any time we have high winds I am praying the power doesn’t go out. As a parent, these outages are very disruptive. It would be great if they could trench the power lines. We had DL electric at our former house and rarely ever had disruptions. Update 11/23/25: currently dealing with another midnight power outage. Mallory was amazing in customer service! With the outage, the customer service line was prompt and friendly. They were appreciative of the notice of the outage. The crews were quick to respond and the texting service to alert you of crews be sent and services being restored is greatly appreciated.
