We’ve had issues for the last two months at our home in Fort Gibson with outages and lights that constantly flicker. I’ve called and reported but nothing has been done. My neighbor has also had the same issues. We pay for this electric service but yet we have subpar service. Not happy
Constant outages. Any time we have high winds I am praying the power doesn’t go out. As a parent, these outages are very disruptive. It would be great if they could trench the power lines. We had DL electric at our former house and rarely ever had disruptions.
We had a $600 bill in the winter with only 2 people living in the house and again, $599 this winter with only 1 person in the house. They said it is because we are not getting the lower rate since we use space heaters. So you are saying during peak hours we should turn the heat down? So we started turning the heaters off every day from noon-3:00. We were freezing. We got a call directly from this company saying that they had incorrectly refunded us $120 back to our bank account and they wanted it back. The bill was still ove... read more
Completely rude and unprofessional staff exactly what you'd expect from a company that has no competition! Charges outrageous rates and reconnect fees on top of the most outages of any company. Wouldn't recommend but don't really hav3 a choice if you move into there area they should definitely have another alternative to go to beside these highway robbers!!!
