Honestly your wind excuse as to why you can’t keep the lights from going off 4-5 times a day, getting people fired from their job, is completely ridiculous. 50 mph winds f up our service that we are forced to use, yet tornados and 80 mph gusts and all the bigger things we have around here don’t even make it blink. This electric company is a joke for one they forced me to go on prepaid electric because somebody before me ran up at $800 bill and when I went to get my electric turned on in my name they wanted me to pay an $800 deposit and then in the middle of the winter time when you get just a tad bit behind on your prepaid electric they shut you off and then you have to pay double the amount to get it back on Lake Region you need to do better for your customers you need to do better
Pestered us nonstop about needing to upgrade our motem/router even though ours was working perfectly fine. We finally caved and let them. They then no-showed us twice. They finally showed up and Wifi is absolute garbage now.
