Very poor service, our power is off several times a week, never have I lived where the power was off several times each week. This week its been twice not for just a short time its hours, and on the weekends with no storms, not at all good service.
Horrible customer service, payment systems are a joke. The online payment system for internet bills is archaic. Can’t wait to replace you as a local ISP
The WiFi works great, had an issue after a power outage and it’s been a solid week of waiting for a tech and rescheduling and rescheduling. As well as fighting to get ahold of anybody.
Being forced from AEP to here when I moved is one of the worst experiences of my life. You can only get information from the people at the front desk M-F 8a-430p. Which are the typical working hours for most people. Outside of that, the only thing the after-hours line is good for is reporting an outage. I'm not even sure they're good for that though, when I needed my power turned on at the new house they were useless.
