Please be extremely careful if you are looking to hire this company to manage your rentals. They lack, processes and procedures to protect your investment. Lake Realty found a renter "from their church, though a contact" and the tenant moved in. Turned out the renter is was a very experienced squatter. We lost over $15k on one unit due to this renter dragging out payment. At around $8k we discovered we had a problem (checking account). Rented from them for almost 4 years. They are wonderful, responsive to issues and flexible with payments if you communicate with them. I have recommended them to several people that I know that needed a rental. Still Highly recommend!
Your Add states that your facility has security cameras and insurance my unit was broke into and lost over $8000 worth of sports cards and collectables and was told the camera's were dummy cameras and you don't have insurance so unless all the people who lost there valuables get a lawsuit filed were just out
