I am new to the villages and medicare. I tried to setup an appointment after my neighbor recommended this group. When I called their office I was on hold for a long period. I left a message . My call was returned the following day only to hear it would be over 6 months before I could get in for an appointment. I am not going to this practice.
I am new to the area and am looking for a doctor. I did not visit this doctor but I am leaving a 3 review. The reason, she does not address the negative reviews here, only thanks those that give her a 5-star rating. I don't see accountability here.
If you didn't want us as patients , why didn't you just tell us instead of having us wait for hours because you didn't send in the paperwork for the blood work! 4 times I called and your off wasn't interested enough to help!! Very disappointed, I thought you cared!!
I made an appointment w8th thos office for two different medical issues, saw a nurse practitioner. She never looked at the areas in questions instead offered a referral. If that's the case why in the world did I even have an appointment. Then she wanted us to have blood work. We went to Quest and they had no orders for the blood work so after repeated phone calls and 2 hours at quest we left with out the blood work. I highly recommend not going to this practice.
