Dr Ana is an excellent doctor. She is caring and she knows her stuff. She is very knowledgeable She listens and explains things in a way i understand. I feel extremely safe under her care. I am getting the best care.
This is one of the worse experiences I have had with any medical office. After trying to set up new patient appt with many phone calls, ( we are snow birders) the office stated that the primary dr on the insurance card had to be changed to their dr in order to be seen. They said I needed to contact insurance company to make that change, which I did, and insurance company said it did not need to be changed as we have the national plan.
