Never answers the phone.. they don't even call back and if their is a lucky chance they do it'll be a week later just to make the appointment
Staff rarely picks up the phone despite lobby always being empty. If you have a primary doctor here good luck ever getting a response
Calling almost an hour opening and not let alone being hung up twice with a representative is crazy. Overall this what you get living in a small town.
Doctor Brenda pecotte de Gonzalez is the sole reason I continue to go here. She truly cares and wants to get to the bottom of things before just giving a medication and sending ya on your way. She actually listens to your concerns. She always responds to messages via the portal or if you leave a message with her team. She works amazing alongside with other doctors and specialists to be sure you truly get the best care possible with her. She goes above and beyond. Some of the providers here are amazing such as Dr Bjork and Dr Pecotte De Gonzalez. But save your recipets when paying for your bill because I was charged twice for service, also they kept sending my bills to my father despite me no longer being on his insurance and the fact that I am a legal adult so they did violate HIPPA laws. When I brought this up at registration the lady at the front desk did not seem to care and indicated that it happens.
