The lady at the front office is rude, racist and likes to humiliate people over a bill that my insurance hasn’t paid. She doesn’t care about how high risk your pregnancy is, she will humiliate and argue with you in every visit. I emailed for a transfer of docs to a different dr because of her and she lost my papers, she denies me the right to go to a different doctor. I feel so frustrated!!!
LOVE DR NELSON AND THE ENTIRE STAFF, BILLING, NURSES, LAB, SONO. WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR NELSON AND STAFF SINCE WE MOVED TO THE AREA THREE YEARS AGO AND HAVE THEY HAVE SEEN US THROUGH ONE PREGNANCY AND WE JUST BEGAN ANOTHER ONE WITH THEM!!!!! SWEETEST FOLKS YOU COULD EVER WISH TO WORK WITH, RETURN CALLS QUICKLY, THE AFTER HOURS SERVICE IS EXCELLENT.
