The entire staff is competent, respectfull, kind and honest. Doctor Zarling comes highly recommended to me and so far I can see why. I saw another orthopedic surgeon and I felt they were pushing a full shoulder and knee replacement which I don’t want at this stage. Dr Zarling feels at this stage he can give me some relief with a more conservative approach with an arthroscopic surgical procedure. It seemed the other ortho was punching the cash register. Dr Zarling and his staff are very kind and helpful. Dr. Zarling is very patient and I greatly appreciate his care....and time he has devoted to my recovery. I have never felt "rushed" through as a patient....unlike my experiences with some other doctors. Hopefully I can fully get back to normal after my surgery,
