Got a notification of a bill, went into the patient portal and saw a statement. NEVER GOT A PAPER BILL IN THE MAIL. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO PAY THE BILL!! OR DISPUTE IT. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT 4 VOICEMAILS FOR THE BILLING DEPT OVER A 7 DAY STRETCH. Finally called my insurance company to get involved. RIDICULOUS!! The staff was great. Front office was excellent. Dr Wasserman is unprofessional. On the day before my appointment, I received a call that stated they were changing to Texas health and would no longer except my United Health Care Insurance anymore. They gave me an option to pay $200 cash for my visit, I usually pay $20. I then asked if they could call in my prescription this one time to hold me over to find a new physician. They declined.
