The dentist is very good knowledgeable and professional. I had a tooth extracted and I was terrified but it was done extremely well! Highly recommended Dr Qasi
Terrible experience. Got sent to collections for missing an appointment during COVID 19. Office staff says they send out 3 notices in the mail. Certainly didn’t receive 3 notices about a balance due. This incident occurred in 2021 and was just made aware of being sent to collections a couple weeks ago. Avoid this dentist.
In short, my experience at Lake Pointe Family Dentistry has been nothing short of wonderful and has exceeded all of my expectations. It is the single best dental practice I have ever been to. I have been fearful of going to the dentist since I was a teenager (and avoided going at all costs) until I had a dental emergency. They were able to fit me in for a visit the same week I called.
