I haven’t had the best experiences with dental offices. Lake Pointe really turned everything around for me. From entering the front door, my exam with Jose & Dr. LeFlore, to my check out-the customer service was above and beyond. The extra follow ups after my appointment that were not AI generated really set Lake Pointe apart. I have found my dental home. If I could give a higher rating, I would because everyone truly deserves it. Thank you to everyone!
I absolutely love using Lake Pointe Denistry. They are always so wonderful there. From the ladies in the front that do everything that they can to get you in as soon as possible to the dental assistants in the back. The dental assistance Amy is my favorite. She is so caring and so nice. Dr. LaFlore is the BEST! He treats you like family. He will do the very best for you.
Mandy is very professional and does a great job. She is friendly and always makes me feel at ease. She gives good advice about taking care of my teeth. I request her for each cleaning.
