A pretty clean clubhouse but Abit outdated. Big enough for a large party, looks to have a nice pool for the community. Nice landscaping around the property and Nice people that live within the co-op community's.
this place needs more maintence people to keep up with all apartments, they know that, but don't care and do nothing about it. so, there is no excellence in customer service.
Place needs help
Bunch of renters that are on programs or section 8. Constantly see people walking in and out of the complex who look like they are involved in criminal activity. Its unsettling when you see someone coming out of or going into the woods at the facility. There looks to be an abandoned house in the woods boarded up.
