It’s a great view point over there Well maintained building, climbing to 65th floor in the lift is so quick that it reached in 10sec. and never feels that we are moving so fast The glass is so clean that feels there is nothing obstructing the view

Don’t move here unless you are ready for a huge downgrade on lifestyle. The windows cover in frost in the winter and in the summer one cannot walk the halls for the heat. First Residential takes a lot of our amenities but we have went without a pool and many things for over a year and not once was it even considered that the amenities we paid for for was not available. First Residential loves to fine you if you complain. It took me over a year to figure out that the complaint of done locally goes to the “manager “ and that g... read more

Stay away from Lake Point tower if you have any sense. It’s poorly maintained and managed.
