People in my building were skeptical when a large property management company took over the building but it's been great! Sam manages my building and is awesome! He's helped make some long overdue improvements to my apartment/building and I've even seen him out in the snow shoveling the walkway before I head to work. He's easy to reach, diligent, and lovely to interact with. 10/10 great experience and positive impact on residence quality of life!
I've had a great experiencing leasing an office with Lake Point. Very friendly group and they've always been responsive and helpful whenever I've needed anything!
Lake Point Property Management acquired my apartment complex last summer and I have nothing but positive things to note. They immediately took action to improve the property inside and outside the complex. I also had to put in a work order regarding my shower drain being clogged and within less than 24 hours they came and fixed it. They are responsive, reliable, considerate and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone! :)
Not impressed with office leasing experience. We met to view an office space after difficulties with emailing back and forth. I had emailed within hours after the viewing with the information they requested to get a lease going (along with an offer to put a deposit down). They wrote back confirming they would send a lease along shortly. When I hadn't heard back for a bit, I reached out and they had leased the space to someone else.
