FOLLOW UP POST - We received an apologetic email from management, offering a full refund for the stay and preferred rate should we wish to rebook. The refund was processed in a timely manner. July 2026. Terrible experience. We were booked in for 3 nights in a Dome. We received an email mid day the day of checking saying there was a problem with the AC so they moved us to the Lakehouse. When we arrived, someone was in the Dome we have booked so I guess they moved a current guest to our booking. The Lake House is no where near the lake. It’s an old farmhouse on the highway that is partially restored. The house was musty and water pump was not functioning. We had to stay the night because there was nothing available... read more
A beautiful spot and nice and quiet and secluded.
My husband and I spent 2 nights in the Pleasant Dome. The positives, the dome was clean and beautiful, nice and warm from the moment we arrived. Equipped with coffee (2), hot chocolate (2), tea, sugar, salt, and pepper. The hot tub was nice, though there was some debris. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately, when we went to use the shower, it wouldn't drain. We let them know.
