Reserved and was guaranteed a UHaul truck a week in advance, only to receive a call from UHaul (not LP self storage) that Lake Placid didn’t actually have a truck to reserve us because they gave it to someone else. Have called LP self storage multiple times in an attempt to figure out the situation, only to be sent to voicemail every time (for multiple days).
