My daughter had a consultation at Lake Placid Oral Surgery that we were told was complimentary. A few months later, we got a bill. After repeatedly calling the office to resolve this issue, without communication back from the office, we have been sent to collections. Clearly if the appointment had cost money we would have paid upon leaving... now I have to deal with a collections agency and worse it's in my 18 year old daughter's name so it's on her record. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with dentists. But Dr. Brunner & the staff were absolutely amazing including the receptionists! Everyone was so incredibly kind & patient. They allowed me to take breaks when needed & walked me through everything! If you have dental anxiety & need a procedure done I would highly recommend Dr. Brunner's office. I cried at the end because of how great they were. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars!
Dr Brunner and staff were excellent and professional in the extraction procedure. Very caring and friendly to the patient and encouraged me throughout the procedure. Looking forward to the next step. I highly recommend Dr Brunner and her staff.
