Great cafeteria.
We were looking for a summer bobsled experience, unfortunately that wasn't available anymore :( There is big construction going on to rebuild cooling system for winter bobsled.
I brought my children for the 1 PM luge and was told we had to wait until 2 PM because the ticket counter saleslady couldn’t process the waivers fast enough for us to ride at 1. She seemed overwhelmed and frustrated that we even asked to buy tickets. Customers shouldn’t have to waste an hour just to be sold tickets. They need to hire staff who are comfortable using the required technology for the position. Cold and nice place, as always our team come here for the bobsled event and thus, it's always a hard work to enjoy the stay here. A lot of history is made here for our sport. So if u are a fan of bobsledding. You need to come here:).
