Ripped Off................We were stranded travelers needing a brake hub for my trailer. Although parts were available 2 blocks away.........employee had to leave to take his girlfriends daughter to the mall while we waited 3 hours. He really liked my new truck.........so much that he charged me $500 for a $100 part and 15 minutes of work. I believe every business needs to make a profit but felt taken advantage of. The place was a falling down dump but it was the only place around.
I took my 2001 Toyota sienna XLE van to him with a thermostat problem and a vvt problem they fixed what they wanted to and charged me 741 dollar for nothing only put 1 gallons of antifreeze in it . There crocks . I cancel my check
Gotta love Jimmy. He is a great character and knows his stuff. Highly recommend.
These guys are amazing. We had issues with our motor home needing a jump. Justin came to the rescue. It was not thebatteries, but a starter relay switch. We were back on the road quickly. Jimmy, Justin, Joshua, a big thank you for helping stranded travelers.
