My little sis is a resident at Lake Park Residential since December 2019. She has debilatating health issues & needs assisted living. There are 150 residents with a full-time nursing staff. I have seen & been in worse places.
This is 2024 2025 I have been dealing with this place over 2 months to get my brother information and they refuse to send his discharge papers they won't answer the phone they do not call back they are very disrespectful and unprofessional maybe if we all get together and sue them they'll get their s*** together

This is the WORST PLACE TO STAY IN ALL OF THE UPPER STAFF NERDS TO GO There are some people that are need of some help and when you try to get some help they just laughing your face saying they can't help you but once you see a private doctor they want to screw all his work up or her work up by taking off what are advantages or whatever safety things that the patient has on them and to poke around a wound or whatever that's supposed to be covered and not move or seen until doctor is there or you see the doctor they have a ha... read more
