Everyone in this office treat me and my Children with unmatched patience and kindness, I’m great communication and just overall very good hearted people. So glad I made them our PCP.
Dr. Rickman and his entire staff are amazing! They’ve literally brought me back to optimal health over the the last 2 1/2 years. Special thanks to Vanessa and the team who consistently addressed any of my concerns. Trying to get ahold of anyone for a prescription to be acknowledged & approved for the pharmacy to refill blood pressure meds. Have waited 3 days for a call back. & no one knows how to answer the phone at the office.
Dr. Rickman has been my primary care physician since he left moody. I love the way that he has always taken care of me. I had a tia in April 14th 2013 he took care of me like family. Thru his care and concern my two daughters were very happy with the care that he gave me personally. My oldest made him her pcp up until she pasted away in 2018.
