Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Lake Pacor Home Mortgage. I had a phone call with one of the loan officers and he was very helpful in explaining the mortgage loan approval process to me and my husband, both first time homebuyers. We were eager to get pre-approved for a loan as we were actively looking for a home. Matt Brown was a tremendous help and great to work with. He carefully walked us through the whole loan and mortgage process and was always available if we had any questions. Matt knew exactly what we wanted and made sure the numbers matched up.

Eric was absolutely amazing! Lake Pacor has an amazing and efficient team! After a bad experience dealing with another mortgage company and thinking I would never get through closing, Eric and his team stepped up and got me closed within 3 weeks, only a week past what the other mortgage company estimated after working with me for 6 months while my house was being built. They're communication was impeccable!! I would recommend them every time without question!
