Great group of guys here, especially Dave. I talked to him a lot before getting my first bike which I ended up getting off marketplace. Even without being able to sell me a bike, Dave’s passion remained inspiring to me in the following days after getting my bike when I could come in and see him to get service work done. Some salesman loose interest once they realize the can’t make money off you, not Dave, or any of the guys here. Truly amazing service!
I needed a tire during the rally (poor pre-trip planning on my part). They got me in quickly and everything looked fine. 3 weeks later, we unloaded the bikes from our toy hauler and both tires were flat. I initially freaked out ($500 for a back tire) but we found that the technician did not put the TPMS sensors on properly and the air all leaked out. They are aftermarket non-Harley parts but if they didn’t know what they were doing they should’ve just put plain caps on the valve stems and gave my sensors back in a bag. I’d h... read more
