Very helpful sales staff great service dept
The short: fantastic service and very helpful! The long: I spoke with the parts manager, Aaron, a couple of people in the service dept, Matt and Johnny and I have to say they took care of me. I had a super unique situation and they all came together to help me out. I was calling in from out of state to figure out a repair for my husband's bike that was 45 mins away from the dealership. This review is based solely on my experience with Sean in service. I called because I was traveling through Missouri and my rear turn signal bar was loose and vibrating. Their service department is closed on the day I'd be passing through, but Sean spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me trying to diagnose the problem.
