Transactional Dentistry Practice...push Inviso Line really hard, fire patients for their hygienists who don't show up for appointments and find out when you're there "your" considered late. $100 fine for no shows apparently even if it's their fault, which they don't take accountability for.
I was a patient of Dr. Harp's and was so excited to resume my medical care by her when she was covered by my new insurance. However, I had tried and tried and the office staff makes it impossible.. I have called during business hours and the phone is never answered, I have called and been put on hold and no one will ever come back to the phone. I've left messages begging to make an appointment, and I have yet to have any luck. I've decided to just go elsewhere because of this ongoing issue.
Great primary care clinic with X-ray, lab, bone density all on site and Saturday hours. There’s also a travel clinic!
