I just discovered through other online reviews that the receptionist, Nichole, has a recurring pattern of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward patients. My experience unfortunately aligned with this. Nichole seemed completely unfamiliar with handling my secondary insurance. There’s no receptionist, you have to leave a voicemail . I had to leave a message at the main number to cancel two appointments. Then I get a call that I’ve been dropped as a patient for no call no shows. It’s disappointing when it’s so hard to find someone and then you build a level of trust. There was some kind of disconnect or miscommunication with this business and it shouldn’t negatively affect the patients, when I had done as instructed to avoid this.
