I just discovered through other online reviews that the receptionist, Nichole, has a recurring pattern of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward patients. My experience unfortunately aligned with this. Nichole seemed completely unfamiliar with handling my secondary insurance. I had to explain the process to her myself, even though it shouldn’t have mattered—my primary insurance automatically forwards any remaining balance to the secondary, which covers it 100%. There’s no receptionist, you have to leave a voicemail . I had to leave a message at the main number to cancel two appointments. Then I get a call that I’ve been dropped as a patient for no call no shows. It’s disappointing when it’s so hard to find someone and then you build a level of trust. There was some kind of disconnect or miscommunication with this business and it shouldn’t negatively affect the patients, when I had done as instructed to avoid this.
