A lot of smoke & mirrors when it comes to rates and billing. Pretty decent cleanings and whitening procedures, but be cautious about the price of fillings, etc. Too costly for no apparent reason. Recommend seeing someone else.
Office is nice, clean and has the latest equipment. However, Dr. will upgrade your required work and charge you WAY to much for the work he does. The office staff is nice enough but not thoroughly trained. They are evasive when questions are asked and the DR. does not give you options for treatment. His way or no way. He took over this practice after the death of the former owner - he did not come to lake orion on recommendation!!! After reading that Lake Orion Family Dentistry had a new owner in February 2010, I made an appointment and found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Dr. Greenfield is the best! He did the most thorough exam of my mouth and gave me options to correct my condition. I am so happy with the results and am switching my family to this wonderful dentist! He uses the best techniques and equipment and made me so comfortable that I wish I had found him sooner. He also won awards for pediatric dentistry so I know my kids will be saf... read more
Beware of this dentist--- we went in for only a minor procedure and were charged almost 40% more than other area dentists. His receptionist said he took my insurance, but I found out later that did'nt mean that he participated. They are not forthcoming about these things. He has a fancy office... but you'll pay for it. He also had a poor manner with my children. I would not go there again.
