Went to return an item and didn’t have receipt and they were rude and would do nothing for me - not even an in store credit . Don’t shop here - awful customer service
Worst customer service ever. The guy that helped us was great until an older lady with a grey wig started helping. She tried to show him an easy way of loading my sons school clothes in a bag but stuffed way to many in a bag and left the security tags on the shoe with out explaining how to cut them off. 2 days later went in to have them remove them an old lady was working and basically said they couldn't take it off we had to with scissors I said I dont have scissors.
