First I’d like to note the property Manager Tonya. She is very caring of her residents and future residents. Not only did she communicate with me via email per request of point of contact but also went out of her way to get a variety of information to ensure a purchase we desired! Once we found the home that fit our family needs, she promptly got all the information we needed to proceed with approval of a loan. Very disappointed at the lack of management. We had plans to purchase a home from an individual at the park. We submitted our application and paid the $40 fee. There was a lady filling in for the manager, she was polite and helpful but didn’t have the authority to approve or deny applications. Apparently there is a “DM” who makes the decisions.
