We had a bumpy ride getting into our home, I feel like everything that could go wrong, did (at no fault of lake onalaska). The manager Tonya was there to help every step of the way and went above and beyond to try and help. Even months later she is a constant resource and we are so thankful to have. First I’d like to note the property Manager Tonya. She is very caring of her residents and future residents. Not only did she communicate with me via email per request of point of contact but also went out of her way to get a variety of information to ensure a purchase we desired! Once we found the home that fit our family needs, she promptly got all the information we needed to proceed with approval of a loan.
