Booked through Expedia, good prices and representation of the property posted on the booking site. The service from the front desk staff is excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast is the standard hotel breakfast. I did not use the pool but took a look at it and it is as advertised. The restaurant on site see to be popular and I heard other guest saying it was good. The ground floor room are nice with a walk out patio and rocking chairs. Staff was VERY NICE. Room was nice and clean. Great location for anything and everything in Okoboji.
Went for a birthday party twice in the past few months. Kids pool area closed & the hot tub has been out of order for months now. My biggest problem was we got a room to enjoy the pool. The pool was freezing cold, we didn't last 15 minutes before qe were shivering. Got out to notice there was NO towels. I call the front desk to see if they can bring us some. He says i can walk to the front desk for towels. So i was PISSED. They made me walk soaking wet in my bathing suit to the front desk for towels. I complained about the p... read more
