We went there for a cartridge for the shower. They are very expensive on everything! My husband goes up front to young man at the register to ask him to remove lock from shelf to buy the cartridge. We wait for 10 min for someone to come. Nothing. I had to go up and ask very nice lady who helped us right away. We check out with rude young man. No thank you or a bag to put things in that we bought. Really? I will never go here again! I will gladly continue to go to Lowe's instead where everyone there appreciates their customer... read more
