We bought a brand new pontoon boat and the gentlemen that delivered our boat and took us for a test ride had a difficult time getting the ignition switch to turn & after fiddling with it he finally got it to turn and stated it must need to be used a bit since it is brand new. (just want to start by saying that the mechanics are great and were straight forward with everything. it’s the inside staff who are beyond disorganized) We dropped our boat off to be diagnosed and through poor communication, lying about quotes being done and the overall run around for a month and a half we have decided to take our business elsewhere. Jess and the team were outstanding through the entire process. They worked with our family to get our new Barletta just how we wanted it and would highly recommend them! Best in class.
We recently purchased a used Avalon pontoon boat sight unseen. The best part of the purchase experience was the none pushy sales mentality. Jess was great, very responsive and patient. Best part after the purchase was the first trip out on the Chickahominy River. Bring on the river life!!! Would definitely return to LOW Marine for any future purchases.
