Can’t say enough positive things about LOTW Lodge! We’ve been staying here since 2017 and have always had a great experience. The owners Pat and Sarah really treat you like family. The fishing is always fantastic and some of the best spots are right by the Lodge. Once you stay here you’ll never want to stay anywhere else!
The resort owner was high on skunk weed as he took us out for our $500. tour. He was lax and forgot nets. When we asked for more help or instructions he fished by himself , did nothing and smoked weed. There are no locks on the cabin doors, no curtains in bathroom or main room. No drinking water in cabins. No mattress pads, old mattresses, poor appliances. His website is old and inaccurate. There is no hot tub as web site states. There is no decent orientation. Today my brother received a coffee mug from the resort after 25 years ago when lightning hit the main lodge and me and my brother got on the roof with axes to open it up because it was on fire 🔥 and put the fire out and it was still lightning but the owners never rewarded us ,but we know that it has new owners now, how about a free week 😀
Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Water still pretty high. Fishing little slow, lots of small ones.
