Trying to be the best that I can be for my children and family, has not been an easy task, but finding LOE fitness made it so much easier! I have struggled, for years, with roller coaster weight with menopause and thyroid disease and have never found “working out” enjoyable. When I started at LOE fitness, I immediately found the support, in their staff, that I needed to have a different outlook on working out! Great little local gym. Machines are well maintained. Never overly crowded. I've just started my 3rd year of low impact workouts. There's another section with all the weight machines. Next year, they are opening a pickleball court.
