I left a deposit with them to clean my gutters and add on a couple of extensions to the gutter system. That was almost two years ago. Since then, they have not done the work or returned any of my calls. I am not even sure if they are in business anymore though the voicemail system apparently works. Proceed with extreme caution assuming you can even reach them!
I contacted LOBES in November of 2021 to request a quote for the replacement of my siding and to add some ventilation to my attic. James and his assistant arrived on December 1 and spent a lot of time reviewing what was required and taking measurements of the house. He was very friendly and even had his colleague assist me by accessing my roof and bypassing a switch I had installed for my de-icing cable that wasn’t working properly. The people at LOBES were great to work with, from their pricing to their professionalism upon installation. I was very impressed with everyone on site, they got here early and went to work quickly. Everyone on site was involved and there was no standing around waiting. I felt as though our money was working the entire time. Very well done and I would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior work.

I met James, owner of Lake of Bays Eavestrough and Siding, at a local store in Huntsville, and he noticed that we had purchased an item that turned out to be too large for our vehicle. He generously offered his assistance to load and drive it to our residence in Baysville.
