Cancelled on me once, I understood. Said he could come the next day, I confirmed with him just in case because we have company coming, and he promised he would be here at 11 AM. Right at 11 AM today he told me he was going to be an hour and a half late, I said that is totally fine. That would’ve been at 12:30 PM. canceled 3 times with us over a period of 2-3 weeks. totally unreliable. This was for a big job too! Seems like he would have wanted the work! So disappointed!
This company completely failed to show up for our 10am appt. We had everything meticulously prepared for them. Despite my repeated calls, there was no response. While I understand unforseen circumstances can arise. A simple call or text would have been greatly appreciated. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of unprofessional . I will be seeking elsewhere. Furthermore, I will not hesitate to advise others to do the same
