I really like Urgent Care. Now my only complaint is the fact that they are now closed on weekends. That's kind of the point of having an Urgent Care. To see a Dr. when most are closed. This new time is unacceptable.
Pediatric patient with red blisters in the mouth. With three kids I knew it was either hand, foot and mouth or Strep. First nurse came in and tries to look in his throat but asks me "what is it you see?" I had to grab MY cell phone and use the flashlight (she didn't have one!) and show her myself! She then fumbles through a strep swabbing. Then the "Dr" came in and seems scared of him. She was fumbling with gloves and stood a distance while looking at him. had early signs of flu and went here on mon. 2-23-2015. i had been before they started this concierge program which i disagree with because money should not have any influence on getting special treatment at least not medically. i was happy in past so tried them mon. doc. said i was dehydrated and wanted to give i v fluids, well the nurse came in with trainee and was putting in cath in arm after a minute or so of some sort of issue i looked to see what the nurse was doin and i had bled out down my arm and on the floor...fina... read more
My daughter had to be seen on our first day of vacation. The staff was amazing. They were so caring and did such a great job
I love all three of the doctors who work there, great and very helpful. But the one time I was on the phone with their nurse practitioner, instead of trying too see why I was having issues (asking about abnormalities, and what was going on) or even telling me there was no way to help. She started questioning why I even cared when most people were ok with not having a period.
