Overbook patients, long wait times, somewhat impersonal feel.
They have closed all the offices beside one in Mentor, they chose cheap over convenience for their patience. All the good doctor have retired and I only kept going because of them so now time to find a new gynecologist.
I can't RAVE ENOUGH about Lake ObGyn. They're perfect! They collaborate with your doctors to ensure effective treatment. Since 2020, I have been seeing Dr. Kristen Eichorn. Dr. Eichorn is excellent! She's kind and aware of my concerns, as she explains crazy medical stuff in a way I understand. Dr. Eichorn is a diligent troubleshooter.
