I went to Dr. Pillow many years ago and I was planning on returning but, based on the responses to the patients reviews, I will not. There are complaints about the staff being unprofessional and the responses to those reviews confirm this to be true. Wow.
Been coming to Dr.pillow office for years and they provide the best service out there from excellent caring staff and Dr highly recommend!
I do not recommend. I had a terrible experience and would not go back. The staff is very unprofessional and money driven.
I will never go back. Their office sent me a bill for a visit I never made, then the office staff had the audacity to tell me I did make an appointment after I explained the physician told me I would not need to be seen for 2 more years, therefore an appointment was not made. So disgusted with the lack of professionalism of the office staff. Will never recommend, and I am so beyond disappointed at how I was treated and talked to.
