Horrible, the doctors do not care about your situation. They provided a patch because I don’t like to take meds because they hurt my stomach, and basically after taking a patch for 3 month non stop bleeding, the main doctor said well too bad you are going to have to take pills, and for the non stop bleeding go to the ER, he did not hear me out talked over me the entire time, he was basically saying “ i know better about how you feel and you gotta do as I say“ which is basically continue to put me in a testing of pills.

Was not impressed with my visit at all. And I was charged an amount of money I wasn’t told about once I contacted them I was informed and they could dispute the payment. Which is bull crap. I am on a set home and couldn’t afford to lose that much money without notice. After I was bugged every time I made a phone call about the amount then was charged more without knowing. First of all took the front desk girl several times to scan in my information. I was prescribed a prescription at 9:30 am. I went to cvs to pick up at 4:00. They had net even received it!! I called the office, front desk said she'd send a message to the "back" and they'd receive my message and send it in. I called back 50 minutes later and got the call operator. She informed me they were gone for the day and it could take up to 24 hours for CVS to get my prescription!!!! WHAT! Never heard of such a thing!! Someone not doing ... read more

If I could give zero I would. Whoever answers the phone there is a bully who talks down to you. She wouldn’t even let me talk. Barked at me about my insurance (which btw I have great insurance) and how they may not take it without even asking me information about it. The drs should really consider who they have in the front of their practice. They are representing them and the woman who answered the phone lost my business.

Absolutely a waste of my time. I needed to get my daughter birth control pills to help her period pain. We discussed with the NP who was fantastic she scheduled an ultrasound to ensure no issues like endo or pcos. Great. She said if all clear we will set her up with the implant. Great. They called right away with results. My daughter missed the call and called back 20min later. It took over a week of phone calls to the point of them acting like we were being excessive and crazy just to finally get those results. Every day th... read more
