Not my idea of professional. But then, I just got a better idea of how UNPROFESSIONAL JOHN DEERE the CORPORATION is. So I recommend not doing business with EITHER. You've been warned, you should FLEE.
They are ALWAYS three weeks out. They are very unprofessional and don't care about friendly customer service! They do not care about inconveniencing the customer and give NO type of compensation for the customer's loss. You can definitely tell the workers and "managers" are not the owners of the business and therefore do not care about providing good service at all!
Very rude. Quoted me a price for some service on my chain saw and then when my wife went to pick it up they charged her more. When my wife questioned it they treated her like crap. They will never get my business again.
