Lake Norman Pool and Spa did a great job for us this past summer of 2019 We had been left with a botched up not even half way done renovation by Sun Fun Pool. Jeff Mitchell came in with his crew and did a professional fantastic job of finishing the renovation They corrected all the issues and gave us a beautiful pool that we were able to swim in before the season was over. I have to say that dealing with Addison has been the absolute best! She’s so knowledgeable and has been so very patient with me! I’ll never deal with anyone again. At a point where I was ready to just get rid of my pool, she helped me make it right! It has been so easy to maintain since I went to Lake Norman Pool and Spa. They know the balance of chemicals needed. Just a side note, Addison please don’t ever leave!!!
They are always very helpful in telling me what chemicals to use for my spa! They analyze the water anytime so I will know what chemicals to purchase!
Staff is awesome to work with. Decent selection of rubs and green egg stuff. They also have Chris Gentry's Cakalacki sauce that won best sauce in the world at the 2018 Memphis in May BBQ competition.
The workers in here were knowledgeable and let me know exactly what I needed!
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Great pool a service. I wouldn't shop at ant other pools store.
