We have a hot springs grande and come here for supplies. Staff is friendly, educated and informed. Prices seem to be better than what other places offer including online.
We got excellent service by the friendly staff. Bought a new hot tub. Can't wait to try it out.
Drove 30 minutes to the location to find out it was closed on a Monday. Tractor trailer waiting in the parking lot to make a delivery with no one around.
I fired my previous pool maintenance company because they were charging crazy money to do nothing and still had algae. I started going there once a week for my pool water analysis and chemical recommendation. They do an exceptional job. Recently I was having trouble with my chlorine levels being low despite keeping it running at 100%, they told me how to clean the chlorinator and my chlorine levels are normal again! They’re honest and fair! I highly recommend Lake Norman Pool and Spa!
