Went by for an estimate. They were fast and thorough. Harley, the owner came out and spoke with me directly. Very reputable company. Definitely will choose them once insurance company gets on the ball!!

Remind people up front that credit cards are not accepted w/o an additional fee. My car was not ready until 5:00 Friday, which meant I had to keep a rental for the weekend.
they fired the drunk that work on my new truck that was 90 days old .said they where sorry he was a drunk . message me for more details. really 5 out 5 we determined that was a lie

good job – They always do a great, thorough job at Wilburn. I have had several repairs, as well as routine checkups/maintenance done here and have always been pleased with the quality of work.
never agian – A couple of years ago I found a dent on the right front fender of my S2000. As most peoples cars are, it was my baby. I chose Lake Norman Paint and Body because they looked like they were use to doing high end work. I had them repaint the damaged fender, the front bumper, the hood and blend the other fender. The next day I called and requested the vin numbers be covered and not painted. They lady I talked to assured me they knew not to but she would pass the word along.
