Highly disappointed with their customer service. QX60, two months old, was brought in for the front bumper coming lose. Was not repaired properly when my wife first took it in. She was rudely told, "its attached" when it clearly was not. Second attempt it was taken to a auto body shop and a promise was made that it would be delivered to our home. Now dealing with excuses and after the promised due date. Even being lied to as to the location of the vehicle. Will not be making any future purchases here.
Steven is an absolute legend Took care of repairs after my car got broken into, and promptly informed me during the repair processes Easy to contact, and was eager to help with questions regarding insurance communications Don’t bother with Independence Blvd, these are the folks you want to work with Thanks again Steven 🤘
