Received a text when the Service Department was working on my car saying they recommended the cabin and engine filters be replaced. I responded and gave the go ahead to replace the engine filter but it was not done. Gives me pause as to what other items/services may have been neglected. I do have to give a shout out to Jo. She responded immediately when I asked about getting a shuttle home and had me on my way in minutes. She had such a positive attitude and provided great customer service!
