This was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had! From the initial contact to the completed job, Jordan -- the owner -- was extremely professional and kind. He asked critical questions and explained each step. Jordan is absolutely awesome! We’ve had a poorly performing dryer for well over a year now and turns out we needed a very solid cleaning of our dryer vent. Jordan did an outstanding job and on top of it all - he is so professional and kind! Oh and SO clean - when he was done you would never know he has just cleared out our vents. Fantastic experience: I had Jordan out to my Mooresville property in January, 2025 to clean a vent on a poorly performing dryer. After measuring the venting air speed at an under performing 11 mph, he ran a camera and found a horrible bend in the flex vent between floors, and noted that the bend and the very old Cellophane-like material that contained it would have likely ruptured if he used an auger to clean it.
