I ended up purchasing my Durango from Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for one reason only: it was the exact make and model I wanted, and it was the only one available in the state. If I’d had any other realistic option, I would have taken it, because the experience with this dealership was far from positive. I brought my new ram 2500 in to get the A pillar handle gap to get fixed, I left my truck with them cause I was going on a family trip for a week and the second day on my family trip Greg gave me a call and said it was all done and told me how that handle gap happened, I will be coming to them for all my services with my truck. They were very professional.
