I had a great experience for a not so great car problem. Drove down to visit family and my Jeep had a electrical issue. They got me in quick and dealt with the problem. My advisor David kept me up to date daily with exactly what they were doing to fix the problem. Will go back if im ever in the area
Lake Norman Dodge Service department is ran over well. My service manager, Jordan was very courteous and thorough. He kept me informed the whole time I waited. My only complaint is that the air filters were very expensive.
