My daughter has been doing tutoring there for the past year and has improved so much. She loved Amy and loves Karen too! They have really worked with the teacher feedback and test scores to individualize a plan that works for her. She struggles with focus and hasn’t liked reading but they make it fun and she has learned to like it more. I can not say enough about this place. My daughter had severe torticollis, we were referred to LKCT and they have been amazing every step of the way. Our therapist Susan was kind, compassionate and effective. Any concerns I had were addressed and explained with clarity, I never felt rushed or brushed off. We also saw Angie for our evaluation and many therapy sessions, she was also top notch! Not to mention the work they do is life changing! They have given my daughter a better quality of life. I was hopeful for my 3 year old son to receive some therapy from this office after being referred by his pediatrician. When I called to make an appointment I was met by an incredibly rude and unprofessional receptionist who had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone. She acted as if she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. I informed her who I was referred by and why.
