Absolutely the friendliness of the workers are amazing. Ready to help wherever needed.
We stayed the weekend of 6/21/25. We arrived late in the evening, close to bedtime, only to be welcomed to a very hot & humid room. Both A/C units in our suite were turned completely off during a time of year when they absolutely should not have been! That's just asking for mold to grow. The heat index that weekend was over 100 degrees. Needless to say the neither A/C ever could catch up during our 2 night stay making for very hot sleepless nights. Especially the first night. Amazing Experience!!
Absolutely horrible first experience! Asked for a handicapped/wheel chair accessible room pool level. Paid. And then was switched 3x ending up back in the original room. Which wasn't handicapped accessible! The older woman at the front desk apologized for her error, asked what we wanted to do. We asked for a refund and was very displeased when we were told we would not be getting that. An hour and a half later got to the room, couldn't utilize the TV, because of a password that conveniently no one knew anything about. Floor ... read more
The wifi was out and they weren't going to say anything until I asked. No apology, they just said it was out. Room was OK, comfortable enough.
