not accommodating, poor scheduling, doesn't understand patients needs
Zero stars this is not a good office. My wife had an appointment here by a referal and was told by the sonography that she was having a ectopic pregnancy and fetus was in ovaries , we never spoke to a doctor or saw a doctor that gave us this info it came from the sonography. It broke my wife and she was in tears When we were directed to the er next door ucf lake Nona the physician ran test and did an ultrasound and told us that the baby was not ectopic and not in the ovaries and everything was fine. Woman’s Health Centers is the most careless and unprofessional medical establishment I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with Woman’s Health Centers for a year and a half, from the beginning of my pregnancy until five months after giving birth, and it has been the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. They are the least responsive entity ever. There is a 1 percent chance you get someone on the phone, and when you do, it’s at a call center who cannot help with anything.
